All about Returns
CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY
  • You have 14 days to return the item(s) after they have been received. To initiate a return simply fill out the online returns form.
  • All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition. Meaning at a minimum unwashed, unworn, with original labels (hang tags) and in original packaging.

Remember to always be careful when you check out the item(s) at home, some are particularly fragile and it is your responsibility that the product is returned in good condition.

In addition, there are no returns on the following items:

  • Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We and our suppliers reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Failure to comply with this return policy will mean any returns are only accepted at our discretion.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you want to change or return an item, please fill out our electronic returns form.

Make sure you have the order number and order email available. The order number can be found on the confirmation email sent to your provided email address upon purchasing the products.

Once you´ve packaged the items make sure to remove or cover up the original delivery barcode and address on the package.

WHERE TO SEND

We always display the instructions for how to proceed with your return once you fill out the online returns form. For instance where and how to ship the items. Most of our suppliers include a return label in the package.

Please remember to keep all receipts and tracking information once you've returned the package in case it should get lost.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned item(s). Normally, we refund your purchase within 14 days. In individual cases it may take up to 30 days which is the maximum time according to consumer law. 

We will send you a notification email when the return is completed. However, it may take a few days before you see the transaction on your account. Any billing fee is not refundable. The refund will be paid out to the account details you provide us with in the online returns form.

FULFILLMENT

Please note that the item(s) you purchase are fulfilled by various third party suppliers and courier services. Outshifter´s system only helps facilitate and synchronise the information, payments, orders and returns. Upon purchase you will be notified about which supplier and courier service are responsible for fulfillment of your order, as well as shipping and tracking information. 

Note that orders containing items from multiple suppliers will be delivered separately and therefore potentially arrive at different times.

COMPLAINTS

In the event you receive a defective item, please contact customer services at support@outshifter.com as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. Our customer support will tell you how to proceed. In general we will ask you to detail the damage or fault before we will have our partner replace the product.

DISPUTES

In case of a dispute, we inform you that you as a customer can appeal to one of the bodies listed on the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution website at webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
