The sales commission is the payout you receive from a successful sales transaction. It is calculated as a percentage of the product's full retail price.
Brands set the commission % themselves based on their own margins and profitability. You can view a products commission upfront before deciding to export it to your sales channel.
If you use our dynamic listings option that displays products based on your data, our bidding system will also select products based on the commissions set by the brands.
Another option available for partners is to set a fixed sales commission for their site. All brands desiring to sell on their channel must first accept the fixed commission, that will override the brands own commissions.
Outshifter handles the commission splits and payouts for all orders, in addition to VAT and billing.
In the event of a return, you will not receive any sales commission for that product.
